• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days; $20.00. Free on qualifying orders of $250 or more.
• Flat Rate Overnight: 1-2 days; $40.00.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and accepted by the carrier. They are estimates, not guarantees.

Carrier delays, severe weather, address corrections, and other events outside our control may affect delivery time.

Tracking information is sent when the shipment is created.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support immediately if an address needs correction; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Claims are reviewed against carrier records and fulfillment documentation before a replacement or refund is issued.
